PAMIR - FINEST CASHGORA

JACKETING,OVERCOATING
The name Pamir is a tribute to the remote mountain plateau of Central Asia, known for its extreme altitude, rugged landscapes and unique natural heritage. It is from this region that the precious cashgora fibre originates, a rare and extraordinary raw material.
The result of the crossbreeding between cashmere goats and mohair goats, Cashgora combines the best of both: the softness of cashmere with the subtle sheen and durability of mohair.
Carefully harvested in these unspoiled lands, the fibre is then skilfully transformed at Lanificio Fratelli Piacenza, where it takes shape into a fabric designed for distinctive jackets and coats.
The passion for exceptional raw materials, combined with centuries of expertise in their selection, guides Lanificio Fratelli Piacenza on an ongoing journey of discovery, across places, traditions, and artisanal techniques, to shape the future of textile excellence, rooted in tradition.
This fabric comes in two versions. A collection of fabrics with intriguing weave designs for blazers, versatile and of a weight that makes it suitable for four-season jackets and a collection of extraordinary fabrics that are ideal for overcoats with an outstanding body, look, and feel.
