In its 160 years of history, Pol Roger has carved out one of the most flattering reputations in the select circle of the leading Champagne brands. This recognition is the fruit of the firm's unwavering dedication to two essential values: excellence and independence. Each of the wines is treated as an impeccable ambassador of their history. Blend of equal parts of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with 25% reserve wine and aged four years in cellar. In the glass, this Champagne presents a pale straw colour with fine mousse; lifted, bread/toast, yeast, hazelnuts and citrus aromas; light to medium-bodied and extra dry; biscuit, citrus, nuts and honey flavors; balanced with long lively finish.
The 2017 Stags Leap Cabernet is darkly ruby/purple colored and possesses vibrant aromas of violets, lavender, blackberry, huckleberry, black licorice, and warm chocolate covered cherries. Juicy, penetrating, and conveying terrific depth, this gorgeously flavored wine possesses layers of blood orange, cardamom, cocoa powder, and slate. The long opulent finish continues on with notes of minerals, loam, pan grille, and cassis, whilst the supple tannins go on supporting the well-framed structure.

BRUNO BILLIO is a Canadian artist working from a multi-disciplinary background. Billio has a long and reputable career as a sculpture, interdisciplinary artist and art designer. Throughout his career he has been very active in the art space producing public art, private commissions and participating in various art endeavours in Canada and throughout the world.
Billio’s professional acclaim is fortified by invitations to participate in international installations. He has exhibited in International Art Fairs in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Milan and London. Billio received the Herman Miller award in 2019. His work has been particularly compelling to large-scale hospitality clients. Billio's sculptures are prominently featured in luxury hotel lobbies including the Four Seasons (Tribeca, NYC), Hazelton Hotel (Toronto) and the Windsor Arms (Toronto).
